Ian Tomlinson was walking home from work on the 1st April 2009 when he was assaulted by police trying to clear a protest against bankers. Ian collapsed and protesters tried to aid Ian before the police intervened. Ian died. The police and IPCC then issued a series of lies through the media blaming the protesters and Ian's health and claiming there was nothing to the story of police assault. This was proved untrue by an onlooker's video footage. The post mortem was done by a pathologist since shown to be dodgy and the DPP stated they will not prosecute the police officer involved. It is the usual police getting away, literally, with murder and hiding behind spin and the system. For more see Ian Tomlinson Family Campaign .

This compilation was put together by Norfolk Community Action Group as part of a benefit day for the Tomlinson family - profits from the CD raised will go towards Ian's family's campaign for justice.
